Sweet Country
In 1920s Australia, tension between the white and the black population is great, and when Aboriginal Sam Kelly shoots and kills a white man in self-defense, he is forced to run for his life. It is unlikely that he would receive a fair trial, and when the local sheriff takes up the hunt, the clergyman and Sam's friend Fred (played by Sam Neill of Jurassic Park, The Piano) decide to come along to try to stop a lynching. The film received awards at several international film festivals, including Venice and Toronto, and was nominated for the Dragon Award at the Gothenburg Film Festival.
The film is not playable outside of Sweden
