The stray dog Roger lives in the hypermodern city of Robo City where everything is controlled by technology and robots. His life is free and easy, but when the robots suddenly rebel and try to take control of the city, Roger must seek help in unexpected places. He joins forces with the spoiled pet cat Belle and a number of other pets who now have to work together despite their differences to save their city
