On an isolated island inhabited by only women and young boys, Nicolas discovers what he thinks is the body of another boy in the sea. His mother shrugs off what he saw and blames it on his vivid imagination. But Nicolas has the feeling that something is terribly wrong on the island. Shortly thereafter he is taken to the local hospital for a treatment, but is he really sick? French director Lucile Hadzihalilovic (Innocence) has created an eerie film, full of trepidation about the unknown. The film was awarded best cinematography at the Stockholm Film Festival and was also nominated for best film.
