We are in northeastern China in the 1930s and it is a very troubling time. The last Wing Chun master Chen Shi is to realize his teacher's dream, to start a martial arts school that can carry on his teaching. This plan is not well received in the city of Tianjin, which is full of schools and Chen quickly falls into the clutches of both the city's grandmaster and the underworld female boss and the military leaders. Now Chen must use his arts to survive. The Final Master is written and directed by the multiple award-winning Haufeng XuHaufeng.
