Programmer Miles (Daniel Radcliffe) has a boring job, misses his ex-girlfriend Nova, and spends his free time insulting internet trolls at a safe distance behind his keyboard. But one day he happens to go after the wrong person and suddenly there is a group of strangers in his living room. It turns out that they run a violent internet show where the participants fight to the death on the city streets while enthusiastic fans follow them online, and now they have decided that Miles is their next participant. To further motivate him, they kidnap Nova, and Miles, who is used to escaping from his problems, must now instead run straight at them - with loaded guns.
