Frances Hodgson Burnett's classic children's book The Secret Garden has been dramatized and filmed several times. Director Marc Munden's 2020 film version stars Dixie Egerickx as the orphaned girl Mary Lennox, Colin Firth as her uncle Lord Archibald Cravens and Julie Walters as Mrs. Medlock. Mary is ten years old when her parents die from cholera in India. She is now sent to her uncle in England, to live at his mansion. Together with her cousin Colin, she explores a secret and magical garden, hidden on the estate's property. Family secrets are revealed and lives are changed forever.
