Your library is responsible to support you about Viddla. BTJ ensures that Viddla works and is responsible for connecting libraries to the service. Connected libraries are displayed when a movie is selected for viewing.

Do you experience technical problems with the service?
Read the troubleshooting help in our FAQ and if it does not help then use the feedback form in the right margin
or email us at viddla@btj.se. For technical problems, please state the following:

  • Device you use (phone, tablet, PC, Mac, AppleTV, Chromecast)
  • Operating systems you use (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac OS X, Linux)
  • Browsers you use (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, Internet Explorer)
  • Information about your internet speed at the time of the problem via for example Bredbandskollen

My library does not offer Viddla. What should I do?
If you cant find your local library in the list or if you are notified that Viddla is not yet available through your library, contact them to ask about the start date of Viddla.
