Eye in the Sky

Colonel Katherine Powell leads a secret drone operation to capture a terrorist group hiding in a residential neighborhood in Nairobi. When she and her team discover that the terrorists are planning to carry out a suicide attack, it quickly escalates from "capture" to "eliminate". But when the team is about to initiate the attack, it is discovered that there is a nine year old girl who sells bread just outside the terrorists' house and the they are faced with a difficult choice.
