After her husband's death dairy farmer Inga decides to start a war against the cooperative that rules with mafia-like methods in the small Icelandic community where she lives. Inga is a determined and revolutionary person with no intentions to give up. But there are several setbacks. Her farm is heavily indebted, and the prices of milk are being pushed down more and more. She decides to get the other farmers of the village on her side to win in this accurate and striking film. The film has been shown at film festivals in Toronto, Hamburg, and Chicago.
