District 9 is a science fiction adventure, produced by Peter Jackson, which takes place in a future South Africa. For 20 years a group of aliens has been living as refugees in District 9. Now they plan a move to another camp. Wikus van der Merwe will then trigger an alien virus that begins changing his DNA. Because he can carry the key to the aliens' secret technologies, he becomes the most hunted man in the world.
