Birth of the Living Dead
In 1968, film history was created. With his film Night of the Living Dead, director George A Romero and his team formed how horror films would look in the future and introduced zombies to the film world. This documentary tells the story of how the film came about and how it came to play a role not only in the film world but also for the civil rights movement in the United States. The viewer gets to hear anecdotes from both the director himself and the film critics who talk about how the film was received. At Moviezine, Patrik Linderholm describes the film as "a loving portrait of a beloved cult classic."
