Traitors

Traitors is the thrilling and energetic film about Malika, a singer in the punk band Traitors. She lives in Morocco and she has two major problems; her family needs money to avoid being evicted and her band needs money to pay for their studio time to record a demo. To get money quickly, Malika decides to be a courier for a drug king. During her mission she meets another young woman in an even more dangerous situation and together they must be smart to survive and get the money they need. Traitors is directed by Sean Gullette and was nominated for the Bronze Horse at the Stockholm Film Festival 2013.
