Marguerite

15 yrs 129 minutes 2015 6.9

In the happy 20th century France there is a party at Marguerite Dumonts castle. As usual, music lovers gather around this purpose. The only thing people knew about Marguerite is that she is rich and that she is passionate about music. So that’s why she sings. The problem is that she is a terrible singer. The guests don’t tell her that, instead they let her be the diva she wants to be. Marguerite organizes a large concert where she performs. The audience put earplugs in their ears, her husband is ashamed but dare not to tell the truth and the servant gives her flowers, as if they came from her admirers. According to Jonna Vanhatalo at Moviezine writes, "Catherine Frot" completely shines in the role of Marguerite.
