Frieda, a successful fashion photographer, collects all her girlfriends spread throughout India to her home in Goa to tell them surprising news. She's getting married. Then the seven friends start an extravagant and out of control hen night that lasts for a whole week. It is all about heart and pain, they discuss everything from sex to sexism, friendship, family, secrets, rivalry and divinity. But soon everything turns and celebration turns into a painful awakening that makes these women really sieze the day. Angry Indian Godesses is a drama comedy of seven women who takes the "buddy movie" genre and turns it on the head.
