It’s Christmast Eve, and George Bailey has lost his will to live. He wishes that he had never been born and has decided to jump in toe the cold river of his beloved hometown Bedford Falls. The town he grew up in and loved, and whose people he has done everything he can to help. Now he’s standing on the edge of the bridge, looking down into the cold water, but suddenly he sees Clarence. Clarence is an angel who has been sent down from heaven with a mission to finally earn his wings, and become a real angel. The mission is to save George. It’s A Wonderful Life is one of the most classical Christmas movies, and has since its release in 1946 been acclaimed by critics all over the world, and was nominated for five Oscars and won one.
